Mental Health Workshops (Young People)

Outside of Together For You, AMH MensSana continue to offer training for young people (8-25years) in schools and youth settings in the Northern, South Eastern, Belfast and Western Trust areas to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues, challenge stigma and misconceptions.

We provide a number of interactive workshops through which we develop support in the area of mental and emotional wellbeing using a range of activities that are tailored to suit group needs.
