Life Skills Programme

Outside of Together For You, Aware continue to offer their Living Life to the Full programme.

Living Life to the Full programme is a life skills programme with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach and equips participants with skills and techniques that they can use in their everyday lives to improve general mental and physical well-being.

This free course has been developed by Dr Chris Williams, Professor of Psychological Medicine, University of Glasgow, a recognised expert and trainer in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, who has many years’ experience of developing self-help resources. 

The course is suitable for anyone experiencing low mood, stress and depression. Each participant on the Living Life to the Full programme is required to attend six group sessions (one a week) which last a maximum of two hours.
