MensSana meaning ‘healthy minds’ is one project run by Action Mental Health (AMH) which has been established for over 10 years in the Southern Trust area and more recently expanded through the ‘SALUS’ project to bordering counties covering Donegal, Cavan, Fermanagh and Derry/Londonderry.
