Personnel Development Programmes for LGBT Group

Through the Together For You project, The Rainbow Project will deliver emotional health and wellbeing programmes in Armagh.

As LGB&/T people experience poorer emotional health and wellbeing outcomes compared to their heterosexual peers, these programmes and training workshops will be led by identified need and requests from the LGB&T group participants. These courses will include, but are not limited to, LGB&T personal development programmes, Safetalk, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Mental Health First Aid, Drugs and Alcohol Awareness, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Awareness, Advocacy and Hate Crime, Family and Youth support and a range of other courses and programme which will benefit the emotional health and wellbeing of the participants.

The programmes will start on Monday 15th February from 7pm-9pm in Callan Community House, Armagh, BT61 7RG.
