Cruse Bereavement Care and Together For You have a number of support and social activities groups available, so you have somewhere to turn when someone dies.

The death of someone close can be shattering. Cruse Bereavement Care run a number of support groups and social activities groups across Northern Ireland. See below for some of the upcoming events happening:

Social Activity Groups

At Cruse we’ve found that joining a social group can help people cope when someone dies. This might be something that you could enjoy and benefit from. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative. The group will run once a week for 4 weeks.

Crafting Memories
Venue: Bangor Area
When: Wednesday: 20 August, 27 August, 3 September and 10 September
Participants must be able to attend the first week.

Bereavement Support Groups

At Cruse experience has shown us that talking about your bereavement in a group with others can help you understand and work through your feelings and grief.

The group will run once a week for 6 weeks

Where: Whinstone Suite Antrim Civic Centre
When: Monday: 15, 22 and 29 September, 6, 13 and 20 October
:7.30 pm - 8.45pm
